Morgan State University - CEASE Smoking Cessation Program

Over the past ten years, CEASE (Communities Engaged and Advocating for a Smoke-free Environment) has helped many Baltimore residents, mostly from underserved and low-income neighborhoods, to quit smoking.  The program partners with community-based organizations, faith leaders, and service providers to host classes in the community.  Contact CEASE if you are interested in quitting and want to join a class in any of the following communities: The Waverlies, Oldtown/Middle East, Southwest Baltimore (including Poppleton, The Terraces, Hollins Market, Pigtown, and Washington Village).
